Basic Cleaning

A Basic Cleaning includes the following services:

  • Vacuum carpet and bare floors

  • Sweep and mop non-carpeted floors

  • Dusting ceiling fans, cabinets, tables, surfaces

  • Change beds upon request

  • Empty trash

  • Remove cobwebs

Prices start at $150 for 3-4 rooms, including bedrooms and bathrooms.

Deep Cleaning

A Deep Cleaning includes Basic Cleaning and includes and is not limited to:

Kitchen Cleaning

  • Clean counters, sink, stovetop

  • Clean exteriors of appliances

  • Clean inside of microwave

  • Spot clean cabinets

  • Clean table and chairs

  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floor

Bathroom Cleaning

  • Scour sink, tub and toilet

  • Clean tile as needed

  • Clean mirrors

  • Vacuum throw rugs

  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floor

Scheduling Options

Weekly

 FAQs

  • Yes, I will bring all my own supplies to clean your home except cleaning cloths, trash bags, paper towels, and any special products you wish to provide for use on floors, furniture etc.

    Please leave at least 15 clean terry wash cloths, a roll of paper towels, and a roll of trash bags on the kitchen counter.

  • I ask that you put away clothes, toys, mail, dishes, and other clutter (unless this service is paid for).

    Please leave out cleaning cloths and trash bags on the kitchen counter.

    Please also put jewelry, money and other valuables away.

  • Please ensure that your pets are in a room or cage for the safety of both me and your fur baby. I am required by law to report bites. You will be responsible for medical treatments, work stoppage, etc. Cleaning up pet urine and feces is not included in services unless paid for.

  • For your first cleaning, it would be best if you are home so that we can do a walk-through together.

    After the first cleaning, it is not necessary for you to be home as long as I can access your home with a permit or key.

    I do not recommend leaving the door unlocked.

    If I am unable to access your home, you will be charge a $50.00 fee to cover a portion of travel expenses.

  • I understand that things can happen and emergencies can come up.

    In order to avoid the $50 cancellation fee, please call, email, or text me at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date of service.
